Job Summary
Transforming complex data into actionable insights, the full-time Senior Data Analyst - Real Estate will support the Global Corporate Real Estate organization by developing dashboards, forecasts, and executive presentations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, cleanse, and analyze structured and unstructured data to support portfolio optimization and workplace strategy
- Build and enhance centralized dashboards and reporting tools using advanced Excel and business intelligence platforms
- Serve as a resource for artificial intelligence applications in corporate real estate, identifying and implementing practical use cases
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business analytics, information systems, or a related field
- Five or more years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or corporate real estate
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization
- Understanding of data governance, quality, and master data management
- Professional experience using artificial intelligence tools and knowledge of responsible-use considerations
