Senior Data Analyst with Security Clearance

Job Summary

Providing senior-level data analysis and reporting support, the full-time Senior Data Analyst with Security Clearance will manage compliance data, conduct research and program analysis, and develop analytics solutions for the Personal Financial Counselor program while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage compliance data and reporting, including the oversight of financial disclosure reports and compliance tracking systems
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to analyze compliance operations and program performance
• Develop analytics and business intelligence solutions, including dashboards and reporting tools to support decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; a combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered
• 5+ years of related analytical experience required
• Advanced experience in quantitative and qualitative research and program evaluation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms
• Public Trust Security Clearance required
