Senior Data Analytics Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Data Analytics Analyst will own customer behavior and product measurement analyses, translating data into actionable recommendations while collaborating with various business units.
Key responsibilities:
- Own analyses of customer behavior, retention, and conversion, providing actionable insights to partners
- Write SQL for data exploration and create dashboards and reports using Looker and Hex
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams to communicate results and drive data-informed decisions
Required qualifications:
- Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience in analytics or data science
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or decision support
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to design and validate complex queries
- Experience with modern analytics tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Looker, and Hex
- Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, and lifecycle measurement
