Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Data & Analytics function, including teams of Business Analysts, Software Engineers, and Data Professionals
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for enterprise data, analytics, and ERP platforms
- Serve as the executive lead for business transformations and system modernization efforts
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of technology leadership experience
- 5+ years of people management experience
- 8+ years of ERP systems experience
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field required
- MBA preferred
