Job Summary
Delivering business-critical insights through analysis and visualization, the full-time Senior Data Analytics Engineer will support multiple departments by producing dashboards, ad-hoc analyses, and recurring performance reports in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze key business processes and KPIs to identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and scorecards in Power BI or Tableau for monitoring KPIs
- Automate reporting workflows using SQL and Python, ensuring data validation and troubleshooting with data engineers
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business reporting, or business intelligence
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development
- Advanced skills in Excel, Python, and SQL for data analysis
- Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot reporting is a plus
