Senior Data and BI Analyst
Job Summary
Owning end-to-end reporting, the full-time Senior Data and BI Analyst will manage data models, metric definitions, and dashboards for healthcare payment dispute resolution while working remotely from Latin America.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain internal reporting for operational metrics and payment reconciliation
- Design and deliver self-service reporting for enterprise clients to enhance their data access
- Model data in the analytics warehouse and ensure the accuracy of metrics through reconciliation with source systems
Required qualifications
- Expertise in SQL with experience in complex analytical queries and performance optimization
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing technologies such as ClickHouse, Snowflake, or BigQuery
- Proven ability in dimensional and semantic modeling for reporting layers
- Experience in client-facing reporting with appropriate scoping and access controls
- Familiarity with data governance in regulated environments, including HIPAA or SOC 2 compliance
