Senior Data and BI Analyst
Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Senior Data and BI Analyst will analyze complex datasets, build dashboards, and provide actionable insights while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze clinical, operational, enrollment, engagement, and financial data to identify trends and opportunities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to enhance team performance understanding
- Translate complex analyses into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related role
- Demonstrated experience using SQL to analyze complex datasets
- Experience building dashboards and communicating analytical findings to stakeholders
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
