Senior Data Architect

Job Summary

To drive strategic data initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Principal Data Architect will design enterprise data architecture, establish data governance frameworks, and provide technical leadership while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and maintain enterprise data architecture strategy for data acquisition and database implementation
• Establish data governance frameworks and ensure data quality and compliance with regulations
• Lead data architecture efforts in large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery of data solutions

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering or data architecture
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven track record of designing and implementing data models and warehouses in a lakehouse environment
• In-depth understanding of AWS services and hands-on experience with Databricks Lakehouse Platform
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop data engineers
