Senior Data Consultant
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Data Consultant will implement solutions using Microsoft Power BI and advanced database systems, manage technical delivery in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and develop high-performing, reliable, and scalable solutions for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Implement solutions using the Microsoft Power BI tool suite and related technologies
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visual analytics while performing data analysis to enhance Information Management systems
- Assist the business development team with pre-sales activities and provide coaching to team members on technological challenges
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Databricks, Data Lake, and Azure Synapse
- Expert knowledge of Data Management, Business Intelligence, and Analytics concepts including ETL, Data Warehousing, and Data Visualization
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack, including Power BI, Excel, and SQL Server
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and familiarity with database-centric applications
