Senior Data Conversion Lead
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Data Conversion Lead will manage data cleansing, normalization, and integrity while leading data migration efforts using ETL toolsets for projects involving legacy data formats.
Key responsibilities
- Perform data cleansing, normalization, and mapping while ensuring data integrity and quality
- Lead data migration planning and execution, including pre- and post-migration validation testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data transformations and integrate data from multiple sources
Required qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Data Conversion Lead on projects utilizing ETL toolsets
- Experience with legacy data formats and repositories, including DB2 and VSAM
- At least two years of experience leading data conversion efforts involving over 200 million records
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Postgres, Talend, and OwnBackup
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and industry-related experience
