Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

As a Senior Data Engineer on the Analytics team, this full-time remote position will design, build, and maintain scalable data systems while collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain a scalable data warehouse on Snowflake with clear models and documentation
• Implement and manage data transformation using dbt to ensure reliable data pipelines
• Develop and evolve data models and metric definitions to support diverse business needs while ensuring data consistency

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of data engineering experience with a proven track record of owning systems end-to-end
• Strong SQL, Python, and data modeling skills with a focus on design strategies and best practices
• Hands-on experience with dbt and Snowflake
• Experience with clickstream/event data
• Demonstrated ability to design and ship scalable data systems
