Senior Data Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance customer experience through data-driven insights, the full-time temporary Senior Data Engineer will design and maintain scalable data pipelines, develop AI-enabled analytics, and create interactive dashboards while working remotely within the PST time zone.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows to support various business use cases
- Create dynamic data visualizations and reports that communicate insights to stakeholders
- Enable AI/ML-powered analytics by building feature pipelines and automating data workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in quantitative and operational analyses, particularly in customer support or e-commerce
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with strong experience in building production-grade data pipelines
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML enablement and data quality frameworks
