Senior Data Engineer
Job Summary
To ensure the accuracy and scalability of Subscriber Metrics, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will build and maintain data pipelines using GCP technologies, collaborating with Data Operations and Data Science teams while working remotely during US business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Build, orchestrate, and maintain data pipelines on the GCP stack using BigQuery, dbt, PySpark, and Dagster
- Develop a deep understanding of core data models to effectively collaborate with Data Science and Data Ops teams
- Establish best practices for the development of specialized datasets for analytics and modeling
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on data infrastructure or platform engineering
- Experience building production pipelines in modern cloud warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language, preferably Python
- Experience with orchestration tools such as Dagster or Airflow
- Advanced English proficiency (B2-C1)
