Senior Data Engineer
Job Summary
Designing and operating scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will build and maintain critical components of the Identity Data Platform, ensuring high-quality data services for various security products while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data services on a managed lake-house
- Own meaningful pipelines and datasets end to end, from requirements through production support
- Contribute to data architecture discussions and implement data quality checks and governance standards
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering, with 2+ years in production environments
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL, data modeling, and query optimization on Snowflake or similar platforms
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, or Scala
- Experience with distributed processing and production experience with Kafka, Flink, Spark, or Cassandra
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
