Senior Data Engineer
Job Summary
To support government clients, the fully remote Senior Data Engineer will design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and cloud-based solutions, leveraging AWS and Snowflake while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop a thorough understanding of business objectives
- Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines using AWS and Snowflake
- Implement data quality, validation, and monitoring frameworks to ensure accuracy and reliability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with eight (8) or more years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role
- Hands-on experience in SQL and Python is required
- Strong proficiency in AWS services and Snowflake
- Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid data
- Knowledge of Agile framework and DevOps practices
