Senior Data Engineer
Job Summary
To support scalable enterprise data solutions, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, PySpark, Snowflake, and AWS in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines and production-quality data-processing solutions
- Optimize Snowflake workloads and develop complex SQL transformations and reusable data structures
- Build and maintain transformation pipelines using dbt, ensuring modular and maintainable models with automated deployment practices
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering with strong expertise in Python, PySpark, Snowflake, and AWS
- Experience with data lake and lakehouse architectures, particularly using Apache Iceberg
- Advanced SQL skills for query optimization and analytical processing
- Experience implementing CI/CD practices for data pipelines and using Git for version control
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
