Senior Data Engineer
Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will acquire, curate, and publish data for analytical and operational uses, ensuring data readiness for various consumers, while working with both on-prem and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of data products, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for both streaming and batch requirements, including building new API integrations
- Translate business analytic requests into technical specifications, managing complex projects with multiple dependencies
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of related experience in data engineering or a similar role
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in SQL and Informatica
- Experience with data governance concepts and practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight on complex data projects
