Senior Data Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the fully remote Senior Data Engineer will build and maintain reliable ingestion and transformation pipelines, implement automated quality checks, and ensure data integrity across systems.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain ingestion and transformation pipelines across diverse data sources
- Develop automated validation and integrity checks to identify data issues early
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to define and implement data quality standards
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in data engineering or backend engineering
- Advanced proficiency in at least one core language, preferably TypeScript/Node.js or Python
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills across relational and analytical data stores
- Experience designing scalable data validation, integrity, and quality checks
- Experience building and operating data solutions on AWS
