Senior Data Engineer
Job Summary
As a full-time remote opportunity, the Senior Data Engineer will design and develop scalable data products and pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet data requirements and improve data integrity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to define product features and data-product strategies
- Design and implement scalable data solutions while resolving data-related issues and supporting operational reporting initiatives
- Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and architectural decisions
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields, including business intelligence and analytics
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience in building data pipelines and ETL processes
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies and tools such as Glue, Lambda, and Redshift
- Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field preferred
