Senior Data Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the creation and optimization of data models, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will support compliance and risk product data engineering teams by managing data architecture, pipeline tooling, and dashboarding in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Standardize business and product metric definitions in optimized datasets and develop related documentation
- Build monitoring systems for data quality and lineage, incorporating AI agents for false positive reduction
- Collaborate with non-technical partners to translate business requirements into automated data solutions
Required qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years with a Master's degree
- High proficiency in SQL, Python, and Dbt
- Experience designing medium-to-large data engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle
- Familiarity with ETL scheduling technologies like Airflow or Prefect
- Proven experience in schema design and dimensional data modeling
