Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the data platform end-to-end, the full-time remote Senior Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure on Snowflake, ensuring data quality and governance while collaborating with analytics stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and platform infrastructure on Snowflake
• Architect and implement end-to-end data flows from source ingestion through the silver and gold layers
• Design and maintain orchestration workflows using Apache Airflow to manage data pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering with a focus on building pipelines and data models
• Proven experience with Snowflake, including building data models and transformations
• Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow or equivalent workflow orchestration platforms
• Demonstrated experience using dbt for transformation modeling and documentation
• Strong SQL proficiency with the ability to write and optimize complex queries across large datasets
