Job Summary
To enhance data accessibility and analytics, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will develop and operationalize data pipelines, focusing on data ingestion, transformation, and quality assurance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and support existing ETL processes in a cloud environment using Snowflake and Teradata
- Guide the design and implementation of complex data management procedures, including data staging and preparation
- Design, develop, and maintain real-time processing applications and data pipelines while ensuring data quality across cloud environments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field such as statistics, mathematics, engineering, or computer science
- 4 - 6 years of related experience or equivalent experience in data engineering
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL
- Knowledge of data processing, data manipulation, and data mining techniques
