Working remotely, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will manage and enhance data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and efficiency while leveraging cloud-based platforms and big data technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain, improve, automate, and evaluate data pipelines
- Ensure data integrity, security, quality, and compliance across data stores
- Analyze business practices to identify opportunities for leveraging data storage and retrieval systems
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing, coding, and supporting distributed data-intensive systems
- 5+ years of experience with relational database delivery (ETL, ELT)
- 3+ years of experience with cloud-based data platforms (Google, Azure, or Amazon)
- 3+ years of experience in Agile Delivery methodologies
- 3+ years of experience working with relational databases (Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, MYSQL, etc.)
