Job Summary
Leading a team of data and analytics engineers, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain data infrastructure for an access control platform, ensuring data quality and compliance while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and architect cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Lead data management for ERP and CRM systems, including data migrations and governance practices
- Mentor a team of data engineers, establishing best practices and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of professional data engineering experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
- Expert proficiency in Python and advanced SQL, with strong data modeling skills
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery
- Deep experience with data pipeline orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow or Prefect
- Proficiency in streaming architectures (Kafka, Kinesis) and REST API integration patterns
