Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end Mux data stack, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will manage the data warehouse, ingestion, and transformation processes while ensuring data quality and reliability in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the Mux data warehouse and manage data ingestion and transformation processes
- Build semantic models to support AI-driven analytics and ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and prioritize model development
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of data engineering experience with a strong software engineering foundation
- Proven experience building and running a complete data stack in production
- Deep hands-on experience with dbt, including model design and testing
- Experience administering a cloud data warehouse, preferably Snowflake
- Strong SQL and Python skills for data modeling and automation
