Job Summary
Owning the integration of health systems and telehealth networks, the remote Senior Data Engineer will build and operate supplier integrations, normalize data into FHIR standards, and ensure production health through orchestration and alerting.
Key responsibilities
- Build and operate supplier integrations through batch channels and real-time APIs
- Normalize supplier data into FHIR Slot, Schedule, Location, PractitionerRole, and HealthcareService resources
- Maintain production health with orchestration, alerting, and root cause analysis
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in data engineering, data integration, or health IT
- Experience owning production pipelines end to end, including on-call responsibilities
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with solid ETL/ELT experience
- Familiarity with API authorization (OAuth 2.0) and file ingestion methods
- Experience working with PII and/or PHI under HIPAA regulations
