Job Summary
Owning the integration of health systems and telehealth networks, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will build and operate supplier integrations, normalize data into FHIR standards, and ensure the accuracy of provider schedules in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and operate supplier integrations through batch channels and real-time APIs
- Normalize supplier data into FHIR resources and manage scheduling complexities
- Maintain production health with orchestration, alerting, and root cause analysis
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in data engineering, data integration, health IT, or healthcare interoperability
- Experience owning production pipelines end to end, including on-call responsibilities
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with expertise in ETL/ELT processes
- Familiarity with API authorization methods and file ingestion techniques
- Experience handling PII and/or PHI under HIPAA regulations
