Job Summary
Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Senior Data Engineer will power large-scale RCS messaging campaigns by building data pipelines, configuring campaign data in Pega, and ensuring accurate campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end execution of RCS messaging campaigns, including audience builds, data preparation, and post-launch validation
- Configure and integrate campaign data and decisioning logic in Pega, including data flows and strategies
- Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for campaign targeting and reporting
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of data engineering experience, particularly in marketing or customer communications environments
- Ability to ramp up on Pega independently within the first month; prior Pega experience is a strong plus
- Strong SQL and Python skills for building and optimizing data pipelines
- Experience with multi-channel campaign execution, including audience segmentation and campaign QA
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
