Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on ensuring data integrity and governance, the full-time remote Senior Data Engineer will manage data pipelines, model warehouse layers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth, user lifecycle, and brokerage data needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee data integrity, ensuring complete and timely feeds, and accurate outbound syncs
• Manage warehouse layers in dbt, including raw landing, staged, and curated models
• Establish data contracts with product engineering and platform owners to maintain data accuracy

Required qualifications:

• Minimum five years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering with responsibility for production pipelines
• Deep proficiency in SQL and Python, with production experience in dbt for layered warehouses
• Hands-on experience with third-party data integration and managing data quality issues
• Experience in data governance practices, including role-based access and PII masking
• Familiarity with fintech or brokerage data, including account opening and KYC processes
