Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager Data Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight, supervision, and management of the Quality Data and Reporting Team
- Oversee HEDIS Data Production and Health Plan data analytics for operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure complete, accurate, and timely reporting
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of HEDIS & Quality experience
- 5+ years of experience with data querying and analysis
- 3+ years of experience with data reconciliation processes and documenting data flow
- 3+ years of experience with SAS or SQL
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
