Senior Data Management Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Data Management Associate will oversee all aspects of clinical data management studies from start-up to close-out, collaborating closely with Biostatistics, Programming, and Clinical Operations teams to ensure data quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables and timelines for clinical data collection and reporting
• Lead multiple complex studies/projects independently, ensuring completeness and accuracy of clinical data
• Prepare and manage data management timelines, while interacting with site coordinators and resolving data queries efficiently

Required qualifications

• High School diploma with 9+ years of experience in Data Management, or a BS/BA in life sciences with 5+ years of experience, or an MS/MA with 3+ years, or a PhD with 2+ years of experience in Data Management
• Experience with web-based Electronic Data Capture systems, such as Medidata Rave
• Knowledge of FDA, EMA, ICH guidelines and regulations related to clinical trials
• Experience in managing clinical data management deliverables for regulatory submissions
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
