Senior Data Modeler

Job Summary

To support a large-scale healthcare data transformation program, the hybrid Senior Data Modeler will design and establish enterprise-wide data models while collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders to create scalable, business-aligned data structures for analytics and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise business data models that align with organizational data strategy and objectives
• Create various data models across key Medicare Advantage business domains and facilitate workshops for establishing common business definitions
• Partner with implementation teams to translate business-driven data models into scalable technical solutions on cloud-based data platforms

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise data modeling methodologies, including conceptual, logical, and domain-driven modeling
• Strong data architecture experience within health plan/payer environments
• Proven ability to translate complex business concepts into enterprise data models
• Experience facilitating requirements discovery sessions and cross-functional stakeholder engagements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
