Senior Data Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance data reliability and customer trust, the full-time Senior Data Operations Analyst will manage end-to-end data product releases, collaborate with the Commercial team to design data solutions, and implement strategic product improvements while working remotely during US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Commercial team to design and build data solutions that inform critical business decisions
• Manage the end-to-end data product release process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of data
• Develop systems to proactively monitor data quality and conduct root-cause analyses for improvements

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in data-focused roles
• Expertise in SQL, DBT (or similar), Excel, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Redash)
• Proven ability to analyze large volumes of data and make defensible judgment calls on data quality issues
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders
• Experience mentoring or supervising teammates in data operations best practices
