Senior Data Operations Manager

Job Summary

Owning and optimizing the data operations ecosystem, the full-time Senior Data Operations Manager will manage data operations between internal systems and external partners, oversee risk management, and act as an internal advisor across various functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute data operations, including integrations with commercial, medical affairs, and clinical operations
• Oversee risk management and data operations of key systems, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
• Establish and maintain a data and risk documentation repository, coordinating data flows between internal sources and external vendors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 6+ years of relevant commercial experience in biotech/pharma
• Strong understanding of biopharma commercial data operations and sales data analytics infrastructure
• Experience with cloud systems, master data management, and data warehouses
• Relevant experience with specialty pharma data and rare disease states preferred
