Key Responsibilities:
- Set short and long term strategy for the Data Platform
- Manage team performance and development
- Improve operational performance and effectiveness of the team
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years as a data engineer
- 5+ years as a people manager on engineering teams
- Experience with SQL, Python, Terraform, and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Experience building and maintaining OLAP systems and data platforms
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails
