Senior Data Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of foundational agricultural data products, the full-time Senior Data Product Manager will define data strategy, manage product roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for agricultural data products, including APIs and data models
• Identify common data needs across the agriculture portfolio and translate them into scalable platform capabilities
• Drive data initiatives from discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment across multiple products and systems

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience with complex data or B2B SaaS products
• Demonstrated experience leading products from strategy through delivery and optimization
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures, including data lakes and APIs
• Experience partnering with Data Engineering and Data Science teams
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
