Job Summary
Leading a data science team, the full-time hybrid Senior Data Science Manager will coach and develop team members while designing scalable analytical assets and partnering with cross-functional teams to address complex business problems.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of four to five data scientists and business intelligence engineers
- Design and maintain scalable analytical assets in Snowflake, including well-modeled datasets and self-serve Tableau analytics
- Set the analytical strategy for major product investments and translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical plans
Required qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in a data science role
- 5+ years of experience directly leading data science teams
- Strong statistical and causal reasoning foundation
- Expert in SQL, data modeling, and building reusable analytical layers; Snowflake experience preferred
- Demonstrated practical use of AI in an analytics workflow
