Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Leading the research process, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will partner with the Chief AI Officer to uncover value in data, develop predictive models, and communicate insights to drive business decisions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Set the research agenda and run the process from hypothesis to evidence to recommendation
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify data science opportunities and quantify their impact
• Develop forecasts and models with ML and data engineers to provide a forward-looking view of the business

Required qualifications

• Senior-level experience in end-to-end data science, including EDA, hypothesis development, and modeling
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong business analytics background with the ability to identify data-driven decision-making opportunities
• Experience in consulting or related fields, leading research or analytics processes
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in deploying models to production
