Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To enhance the Pro's business through innovative AI solutions, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will lead the development of conversational agents, focusing on improving agent behavior, evaluation systems, and predictive modeling while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead improvements to agent conversation design and booking processes, impacting critical metrics for Pro outcomes
• Build evaluation systems to measure agent quality and establish frameworks for experimental design
• Develop predictive models for qualification and appointment quality, taking them into production and ensuring their performance

Required qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, preferably in tech or marketplace environments
• Experience with non-deterministic systems, such as conversational agents or recommendation systems
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in cloud ML solutions
• Strong background in statistical thinking and experiment design
