Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Data Scientist to design and deliver data science and AI solutions for complex healthcare and federal environments in a full-time remote position, requiring strong technical skills and the ability to manage projects from problem definition to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build machine-learning, analytics, NLP, and generative-AI solutions using structured and unstructured data
• Develop multi-stage workflows to transform complex source data into reliable, actionable outputs
• Establish rigorous approaches to data quality, model evaluation, and human review while collaborating with technical teams and clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Data Science or a related field
• Significant hands-on experience delivering data science or machine-learning systems beyond prototypes
• Strong Python and SQL skills with a solid foundation in statistics and data analysis
• Experience working with unstructured data, such as document processing and NLP
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance and authorization to work in the United States
