Senior Data Scientist
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Senior Data Scientist will write Python code in Databricks to train, test, and deploy machine learning models while supporting analytic workstreams for mental health and wellness initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct exploratory data analysis involving multiple relational databases
- Translate technical modeling and findings into actionable business intelligence
- Network with various analytical groups to share best practices with data
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Fluency in Python programming, specifically with ML packages such as PySpark and Scikit-learn
- Experience with data visualization tools, including Databricks and Power BI
- Research experience with knowledge of scientific frameworks for hypothesis testing
