Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement machine learning models, conduct exploratory data analysis, and mentor junior data scientists in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead exploratory data analysis to derive actionable insights and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Develop, implement, and optimize statistical and machine learning models to enhance business metrics and drive adoption of data science products
• Mentor junior data scientists and stay updated on industry trends to foster innovation and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• 3+ years of progressively complex data science experience
• Extensive experience in developing and deploying machine learning algorithms and statistical methods
• Proficiency in modern analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, Spark, SQL, and GCP
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in rapid experimentation for product development
