Job Summary

To support the development of high-impact machine learning systems, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will translate unstructured business problems into machine learning projects, design and deploy production models for credit underwriting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into well-defined machine learning projects
• Design, train, and deploy production machine learning models for financial outcomes
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to identify high-impact modeling opportunities

Required qualifications

• MS or PhD in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
• Experience designing and deploying machine learning models in production environments
• Strong foundation in programming, statistics, and classical machine learning techniques
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks like XGBoost or Scikit-learn
• Proficiency in Python and modern software engineering practices
