Job Summary
Joining the Strategic Operations team, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will utilize data science and machine learning to support business transformation initiatives, focusing on developing churn models and optimizing real-time route planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize machine learning models for real-time route planning and logistics
- Build predictive models, including a churn model, to inform business decision-making
- Perform exploratory data analysis, statistical analysis, and A/B testing on large datasets
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience as a Data Scientist with relevant projects in data science or machine learning
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years' programming experience with Spark, Python, R, or Scala
- Strong understanding of statistics, data modeling, and machine learning algorithms
- Experience with large datasets, visualization tools, and MLOps practices
