Job Summary
To support advanced analytics initiatives, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will build and deploy robust data pipelines, machine learning models, and AI applications while working remotely within the U.S.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and support the Advocate Performance Data Platform for coaching and performance management
- Develop scalable data pipelines and semantic models using Databricks and Snowflake
- Integrate various data sources to create AI-ready data products and performance insights
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or data engineering
- Proficiency in Python and PySpark, along with solid SQL skills
- Experience deploying and maintaining ML models in a production environment
- Ability to work independently on complex technical problems
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to data quality and model behavior
