Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To drive advancements in healthcare solutions, the full-time remote Senior Data Scientist will develop and implement machine learning models, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance the quality of AI applications in healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, refine, and maintain statistical and machine learning models at scale, including NLP and explainable AI approaches
• Develop, tune, and deploy LLM systems with a focus on performance evaluation and user trust
• Design experiments and analytics to measure the impact of AI in healthcare environments

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience in developing and maintaining ML systems in production
• 1+ years of experience developing and tuning LLM systems
• Hands-on data engineering experience with SQL and Python
• Strong software development foundations with a focus on code quality and architecture
• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
