Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Data Scientist for a hybrid/remote role, who will leverage data to solve complex business challenges, develop predictive models, and deliver actionable insights that enhance strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends and deliver actionable recommendations
• Develop, test, and support predictive models for initiatives such as pricing optimization and fraud detection
• Design and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting solutions using tools like Power BI and Tableau

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline; Master's degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
• Strong expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
