Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Staff Data Scientist will deepen the understanding of product-led growth by owning the analytical performance across activation, engagement, conversion, monetization, and retention, while leading experimentation and influencing product strategy through data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Own the analytical understanding of product-led growth performance and proactively identify opportunities
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate behavioral insights into actionable product tests and recommendations
• Lead the experimentation process, including study design, analysis, and defining success metrics

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or data science with measurable impact on product outcomes
• Deep understanding of product and growth dynamics across key performance areas
• Expertise in experimentation methodologies, including statistical reasoning and causal inference
• Experience building scalable analytical systems that teams can rely on over time
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and product direction through analytical reasoning and clear recommendations
