Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will engage with clients to build advanced analytical models, transforming business processes into data-driven decisions while ensuring clear communication of complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with project managers and clients to translate business requirements into data transformations and modeling approaches
• Own the technical aspects of data science and engineering, ensuring accurate and well-documented data flows
• Prototype solutions in collaboration with product management, delivering efficient and well-tested code in Python

Required qualifications

• Excellent SQL skills and strong analytical instincts
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in retail or consumer products
• Hands-on experience with Python, including libraries such as Pandas and NumPy
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to convey data concepts to non-technical audiences
• A degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, physics, economics, or a related field
