Senior Data Scientist
Job Summary
Providing technical leadership and hands-on execution, the contract Lead Data Scientist will address complex analytical challenges in PBM rebate analytics, collaborating with business and product leaders while actively engaging in analysis and solution design.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical solution design for complex analytics initiatives and translate business objectives into scalable analytical approaches
- Design and execute advanced analytical models using Python and SQL, and conduct large-scale analysis of healthcare and PBM data
- Mentor and support Data Scientists, guiding technical execution and promoting innovation within the team
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Quantitative Modeling experience
- Expert-level skills in Python and SQL
- Experience in PBM and solving complex analytical problems in ambiguous environments
- Strong background in statistical analysis and experimentation
- Proven ability to lead technical workstreams and influence cross-functional teams
